Terms of Service
Pricing:
- I am available for projects outside of the attached listings, including ones using animations. Pricing will depend on the individual project.
- Commercial projects will require an additional charge of 100% of the commission price. Social media avatars/emotes/etc. will not result in the additional charge as long as they're not used in merchandise.
- You may request a faster turnaround time for an additional charge. Shifting the deadline unexpectedly, or major revisions, will result in a fee. The size of the charge/fee will depend on the individual case.Commissioning process:
- I will be communicating with you via the means I am provided with (email, Discord, or social media websites).
- Please provide image references and/or detailed text explanations.
- Lack of response within 1 week will result in termination of the commission.
- Turnaround depends on scope of the commission, starting with 1 week from payment processing time.
- You will be set updates to check if the commission is going as expected. Minor revisions within a reasonable amount are free of charge.
- The finished commission will be sent to you in an appropriate file format via the above-mentioned means.
Payment:
- Full payment upfront via Boosty, Hipolink or Easystart (Card and PayPal availability differs depending on the service).
- Please do not inquire about payment via VGen or similar services, as I am currently unable to use them.
- Refunds are not available, as I am currently unable to process them. If an unexpected situation arises, I will attempt to refund you to the best of my abilities, but I cannot promise a successful result.
- Tipping is allowed, but a separate donation is preferred. Otherwise, please specify if you're tipping, or if you increased the payment by accident.I reserve the right to:
- use your commission as an example of my work, unless you request otherwise (this is free of charge), or if an NDA is in effect
- refuse your commission for any reason before payment
- blacklist you for disrespectful behavior if it occurs, and to warn other artists about itI will draw
- Humans/Humanoid characters
- Anthropomorphic characters/Furries
- Animals/Pets
- Simple robot designs
- Game/Modding assets (tilesets, GUI elements, etc.)
- Miscellaneous objects such as foodstuff, utensils, etc.I won't draw
- NFT or cryptocurrency related projects
- AI training data
- NSFW or fetish content
- Explicit gore
- Content which promotes bigotry
